2009 Calendar

Just for fun and as a thank-you to everyone who supported me during the difficult period in late 2007, I’ve put out a 2009 weekly calendar (“Body Blogging in Exile”) which contains some of my favorite images that were posted on the short-lived “Body Two” blog that I wrote on while locked out of my other sites. The calendar also contains many “dates in body modification history” (birthdays, anniversaries, and so on), as well as most of the major 2009 tattoo and piercing conventions.

You can order this book as either a hardcover (which I strongly recommend) or a softcover from Lulu. I get $5 any time someone does, but I also wanted to offer a free PDF download that contains everything at full resolution (and includes the 1/8″ bleed). You can print this yourself (either using Lulu or something like it, or with your own printer) if you don’t want to pay me $5. Heck, it’s released under a creative commons license so you can even repost it if you’d like.

Here are a few pages, and you can of course download the whole thing. Order link comes after the thumbnails. Thanks again everyone — it brought back lots of good memories putting this together.

112 Pages – 6″x9″ – Full color
Click here to buy Hardcover for $45.65 (recommended)
Click here to buy Softcover for $33.15

Note: Photos are from the web, so some may not be up to normal print quality.

Is there some way of sending you the $5 that you don’t get if we choose to download and use the pdf instead of purchasing a hard copy from lulu?

Thank you so much for featuring me. Those porcupine quills started getting aggravating though haha.

  6. first of all thank you so much shannon for including me amongst so many beautiful people. i can’t express to you how much it means to me to be included in what, in my opinion, just might be the last meaningful and true publication that has come from the BME/related community. Thank you so much, again, for everything you’ve done. BME in its old form will be greatly missed, but I am sure you will go on to do so amny more amazig things that you may not have otherwise. To happy endings, new beginnings, and wonderful ever afters!

as soon as i register my new credit card with paypay, i’ll be picking up a hard cover.
