Please tell me this isn’t where McNuggets come from

Via Mefi I was reading about unusual eggs, when I came across the one below. You can click it to get the whole story about it. I don’t need a whole lot more convincing, because eggs already completely revolt me on every level — I can’t stand the smell, the taste, the texture, the idea, or anything — but this egg really takes the cake. Holy gross. I think my limit is deformed eggs. Man, I see many more pictures like this and I’m going back to being a strict vegan.

Oh my god, why did I click another link with even more disgusting things to come out of chickens?

WHY?

If you need to relax and scrub the nightmare from your eyes, there’s a very nice post on Dark Roasted Blend right now about grown architecture and furniture that’s quite serene and inspiring.

Agreed, Jenn. It’s gross, sure, and I would probably be freaked out if I cracked an egg and there was MEAT inside rather than egg but for the most part, this doesn’t bother me. Maybe from years of living with chickens-I love them a lot but they’re pretty sill overall.

The story about the frog/toad in a pepsi can, however, almost made me pass out. So disgusting, honeslty. “Pink linguine”??!?!?! GAG!

I loved having chickens and while I couldnt bring myself to eating my fowl pets, since I didnt have to, most of them willingly shared their eggs. I did have one broody little girl who by the time we found her was well on her way to having a family so we let her. Had you looked in and seen her fierce, beady little eyes you’d have left her to be as well.

While traveling in europe last winter I dragged my friend all the way out to Nantes just to see this. Totally worthwhile!
