Great news at the post office! In the picture are an Arduino Duemilanove microcontroller board, a Basic Stamp based microcontroller board (pin-compatible with the Arduino), a lithium battery pack that can power either of them, and a tiny full color OLED touch screen interface that will attach to either (from Liquidware). I’ve also got my eyes on this TV-out shield for future projects — although I sort of think the YBox2 would be more fun. And while I’m in “I want” mode, I’d also love a Peggy2.

At out local hackerspace, CCCKC, a couple of the guys built Wii-mote and balance board controls into a tilt labyrinth with an Arduino. Someone else is working a Lilypad onto clothing. They’re a ton of fun, for sure!
No idea what they are but they should keep you occupied… :)
Arduino are great fun – plays nicely with Processing.org too!
looking forward to seeing what you come up with. I’m thinking the BS2 thing will be frustratingly choked compared to the Arduino. Interrupts! I suck at programming, so I hope you’ll post your source.
