Another One Hour Painting

I don’t really like the way this turned out… I may do another kitty-cat in robes to atone for my errors here at a later date.

I LOVE the kitty, if you ever decide to sell your work, I would buy it

    OH MAN.

I love it, actually. For some reason, that whole design and color scheme is reallly, really attractive to me. The kitty looks so peaceful! I almost want it as my next tattoo . . . but I’d need you to be there to sign it, I think, since I”m not too much into stealing art to put on me.

I also would like to second the “if I could afford it, that’s totally what I would snatch up”–it’s small, and I love your style, but I couldn’t have it in my teensy apartment!

*rather, I couldn’t have some of your giantous bigger-than-me paintings in my teensy apartment, but that one would fit!

It looks good! I’d like to see it beside the other one.

I think I really need help fixing up the cat painting I am working on. And by this I mean, I really need your help.

The moment I saw this I yelled: Odd Nerdrum! Painting of his, Sleeping Courier, came to mind. This is like comic book version of it. Well, at least I see it that way :-)

I just love that you can post this, and then say that you don’t really like it. Not many people in the world have the balls to do that.

I like it, though. It looks peaceful.

I like the kitty, the robe has a sarcophogus feel to it which is interesting, if inadvertant.
Now I wanna see the cat painting behind said kitty! Great color choices, vermillion, black, orange and white.

The cat painting is by Caitlin, and if you peek on the right side you can see another one of her paintings… Will post them in the next few days perhaps.

Wow Shannon, that's really annoying! What is it, 1997 on Geocities? Retroweb is NOT cool!
