Normal St.?

So we're moved into the new house (not our house on Revolution Street that some of you were at for the suspensions after BMEfest, but a new rental). It's a lot nicer than the old place — bigger, better privacy, a nice walled yard, hottub, garage, super-fast (by Mexican standards) internet, and so on, although it is a little more rough around the edges in places and there's an occasional “oh my god, I'm living in a sewer” kickback stench from somewhere in the area.

I have a new workroom. Not that it's that exciting but here's where I do what I do… You know you're jealous of the Paddington Bear wallpaper, biatch.

I've got to add four more computers (all servers) to what you see here and then there's one that's not in the shot because it's still packed up. Once (insert-secret-person-here) comes down as the new BME employee in November and I have more time on my hands, I've got some big projects that I have to dedicate my time to, and I may also be hiring a few more people (not BME related) — I'll be in need of a database and fileserver admin, and programmers specializing in Flash and Javascript (and more).
Update: I'm not officially in a “hiring” phase yet, but since people are asking, if you want to send a tech resume, send it to undermars@gmail.com. Job starts probably January 2006 and is full time. Pay is low initially, but the possibilities are sky-high. Rachel and I believe strongly in this project.

Rachel says I'm not allowed to spend my $100 million yet, but I've already got the resort I want to build designed on paper. Along with my yacht, my custom cars, etc etc etc…

Oh — I almost forgot! Get this: The street I live on is called Normal Street!

Not any more it's not…

Wow Shannon, that's really annoying! What is it, 1997 on Geocities? Retroweb is NOT cool!
