Shannon Larratt is Zentastic

With a little help from jOELTRON I've just written a nice little wrapper function that will create thumbnail stills from basically any format of video file, and soon should have a second function for doing nearly any variation of video conversion written as well.

As of tomorrow morning I'll be alone here for a couple weeks, with Jon going on an extended fishing trip, and Rachel (with Nefarious) visiting her mother and getting tattooed in Toronto as well. I'm not going to be around much over the next few days… no, I'm not descending into some unsupervised Cancun depravity — I'm tackling a major programming task and am literally locking the doors, unplugging the phones, turning up the heavy metal, and coding until I drop.
