My next task of the day is to build an IM gateway so some of my external tools can access IAM.alive (for example, the experience engine will be able to contact people about the reviews they left). I'm continuing to slowly build up BME/risks… I haven't got much feedback on it one way or the other, but I hope people find it useful once it's full of data…
