Let me say: BEER MAKING IS FUN. First, the guy at the beer store was super cool… I told him I'd been given a beer kit for Christmas, and I was here to pick up the malt and hops kit. He asked me if I'd also been given a gift certificate — when I told him I had, but it was at home, he just said to bring it next time and let me take all my supplies for free!
