I'm sure it's obvious that I believe health care should be provided by the state. Or, to put it a different way, that everyone should contribute a little bit so that everyone has cheap and easy access to quality healthcare…
If it was me calling the shots, I'd take it a step farther and make body modification the same way… After all, if one believes that body modification is a healthy and important part of life, it makes sense.
