I haven't done one of these for a little while, have I? Anyway, there are currently 187 experiences being run through the plaigerism bots so that'll take a while, plus as I'm waiting for the cable repair guy, I have a little recreational break. So… Here's my favorite recent “letters to the editor”:
A studio to avoid.
As far as I can tell everyone is a piercer nowadays. You'd think though that if you were going to open a studio you'd have the respect for your clients to at least understand the basics:

Now that's scary
I sure hope this guy isn't going to be working at Devin's studio! I know we have some odd clients at BMEshop, but I hope we're not getting a reputation as catering to serial killers!

It's not safe
I get variations on this particular email on pretty much a daily basis, from underage kids who want me to help convince their parents they should get pierced. Yeah, they won't listen to their kids but they'll listen to some weird guy who runs what's in their eyes an extremely fucked up website? Anyway, I can't tell you that piercing is safe. I certainly can't tell you that from an objective point of view it's a good idea. I can tell you that most of the people who write experiences on BME seem to have improved their lives with piercings. If that's not good enough, then I'm not sure what is.
