I’ve been really saddened to see a lot of content that used to be hosted on individual blogs move to FB over the past few years, as if it was taking over/destroying the decentralized nature of the Internet.

Please keep posting neat stuff here and onto modblog, Shannon, and if it really comes to using a corporate platform, I think Tumblr is much better suited to the purpose. A lot of bodymod-related people are there too (it’s a very large social platform in general, and you don’t need an account to browse!), the data-mining is nowhere close as Facebook’s (which has an algorythm to identify every face on every picture uploaded) and the censorship… well, pretty much non-existent AFAIK.
