I thought of you last night because I had an episode of apnea.

I had been dreaming about struggling to breathe and woke up experiencing a similar state to what you’ve described above.

It seemed that my body was totally indifferent to whether I breathed or not.

So yes, quite alarming… It’s the first time I’ve experienced this.
