Sadly, I noticed that there are so much more American sources for kid activities available than Polish ones (maybe because most parents here prefer to rely heavily on school when it comes to teach their kids and homeschooling is still quite a novelty) but we’re using everything that seems good enough and a language isn’t a problem here.

That lasted right up until I was doing my O-Levels, when I went youth hostelling with the school one summer and the following year I had a fornight’s exchange visit with a German family.

You’ll love it. Living books all the way including for math. Just don’t burn your house down doing a science experiment (like we did. We learned that olive oil is highly combustible.)
