The point is not whether Mr. Little is a deplorable scumbag (he is) but whether if what he does breaks the law, and unfortunately he does not. Despite whatever the reason(s) or circumstances are behind his ‘line of talent’, bottom line is ALL are consenting adults and in no way forced to perform any of degrading acts depicted in MHC’s films. Why anyone would WANT ro do this, for whatever reason, be it financial reward, or kicks, or a combo of both is beyond me. But the man truly doesn’t break the law as we here in the US understand it. That said, Mr. Little’s stint in prison was ABSOLUTELY a result of the poor taste of the content of his films, but we all know two wrongs don’t make it right. Then again, there is also the adage that “one gets what one deserves”. And worse still, there IS a market for his brand of pornography, which is another matter altogether. CRT

There is a special place in hell waiting for that old scumf$$k. He is preying on young girls who are probably runaways who have been abused, raped, etc., because a girl has to be insane for being in his vile, misogynistic, hateful and nightmarish “films.” These girls have low self esteem, if any, are probably feeding their drug habit, some may have a pimp in the background who makes them do this kind of deplorable work, and takes their money- one never knows. If men really loved and cared for young ladies, they would NOT look at, or buy this garbage. I haven’t actually seen a clip of it, but have read, um, enough about the awful, degenerate films. His films mimic child porn. That isn’t a crime? You people claim that you hate this guy, but support him?! I love the female judge who sentenced him and brought this piece of crap to justice. What Max Scumcore does is he loves breaking the spirits of young girls. That is evil, mean spirited and extremely hateful. Women give life, and his mother must be really proud of him. He should have been aborted at birth. This is one prime example of why women hate men. Rot in hell, Max Crapwhore!

You do realize that there are plenty of documented cases, lawsuits, and police reports regarding what this “man,” has done to the women he’s employed, right? Not everything that happens in his films is consensual and what the actresses signed up for. You might call it duping on the same level as getting cheated by a used car salesman; I call it rape. Try a little bit of googling on this one. I’m not even talking about Neesa here.
Personally, I don’t care the reason he was sent to prison, as he was able to get away with doing a lot of illegal things for a long time.

If you want to live in a free society, you must be willing to put up with things that you don’t like. There are many people in this country that are just itching to impose their “values” on others. I personally believe that people who worship Christ should be committed to mental institutions. I’m sure you religious idiots would take offense to that statement and find it outrageous which is entirely the point. People from all over the world have fled from their homelands to this country for this very reason – religious persecution. The thing is with stuff like this, is if you don’t like it don’t watch it.
At the moment there are too many grey areas in law, at what point does the kinky porn I like become illegal, should I switch it off if they slap the girls bum a bit too hard, I mean really, it’s ridiculous, you can’t regulate something like that and tell people not to do it, here is what should be the law as I see it:

The performers should all be over 18 and have participated freely.

That’s it, end of law, then the authorities should ensure that they are all over 18 as well, and all internet porn sites of any description are only putting on people of legal age, and the responsibility should be on law enforcement to catch perpetrators who make porn with underage girls. That way the whole internet porn world would be safe, and I don’t have to think “Now I know there are rules in the UK about breathing and that girl just sat on that other girls face, can she breathe? oh I’m scared now I better turn it off” It really is ridiculous if you ask me.

The obscenity charge is a joke.. what some of you people do not understand is there are plenty of people around the country that enjoy Max’s movies.. (women included).. One person’s trash is another person’s treasure.. The fact that community standards are not truly set by the community as a whole violates the 1st amendment completely…

Once again, bottom line is NOT whether Mr. Hardcore is a repulsive pervert who ‘gets what he deserves’ but whether he broke the law and therefore should be summarily punished according to it’s tenets. And my personal opinion is that he did NOT break ANY laws, all the while being most certainly guilty of offending even extreme levels of decency. The reality is the powers that be should have pursued him in a different manner, such as tax evasion or even on a statutory level, not a trumped up ‘obscenity’ charge. In real life, that guy could almost never be without bodyguards as there were a slew of fathers, brothers and ex-boyfriends all too happy to ‘set him straight’. R

The issue is that anyone can be charged with the same charges for basically anything.

“Societal standards” are always changing, so how can anyone possibly know what is considered obscene and what is not? By those standards, people can be put in jail for lesbian porn or three-somes. Picking your nose on video can be considered obscene.

If something is going to be illegal, be sure that the law states it clearly.

Well, I don’t feel sorry for him. I believe the first amendment if you ask the any of the founding Fathers if they were alive today was meant to protect freedom of political speech. Not sodomizing someone, vomiting on them, treating them like human excrement, etc. Just because some judge “interprets” the law to interpret it that way does not mean it was EVER meant to be that.
