i’ve had a few canadian friends discover new candies while visiting here. seems it takes a while for them to get up to canada, if they get there. her new discovery was peanut butter twix.

Not so easy though — I was asking my doctor for advice because the problem I have is that with the muscles healing so slowly that exercise can cause more damage than I can heal from, so it ends up having the opposite effect.
