and from what i’ve seen and heard hospitols and dentists offices don’t get inspected by the health department, i don’t doubt that they don’t get inspected at all. i’ve also heard that the few that do get inspected get told that they will be inspected about a week or more before their inspection.

BTW, the state health department is asking me to go back to doing inspections for them again (i’m dropping my state board position).
