but its easy to get sucked in.
i try to limit myslef to the ultra bizarre celebreality stuff, but i loathe the ‘made-up’ celebs whos main claim to fame is being on a string of crap reality shows.

celebrity rehab is a guilty pleasure. my GF also tempts me with ace of cakes and other cooking/baking shows. damn!

but my favorite is Gangland, which is less of a realityTV crapfest and more documentary in style. go FSU!!

I used to love watching Bob Ross paint. His show, and Bob himself, was so mellow and relaxing. How about videotaping yourself doing a painting? I’m going to guess that your paintings take several hours, however, so how about doing it as a sort of time lapse/hyper speed? It would look cool but also, from a technical point of view, it would be interesting to witness your creative process in motion.
