cutthroat is right.
I have played super mario sunshine alot on gamecube even with some cheats hahaha.
you have wii now and you can play super mario sunshine on your wii. you just need to get that game from ebay. I cant believe that mario’s water pack became real thing now.

To continue (an unfamiliar laptop did me in):I was told that unless I gave up my associates I would be prosecuted. An attorney told me I had a good chance of conviction as consent in no way is a defense, even to work done. on myself. I have noticed an increased drive to prosecute body mod practitioners. There seems to be a link to the rise of official piercing laws and regulations. The thought may be that now that there are some regulations anything outside those regulations is illegal and without merit. And I think I am detecting a shift in society’s tolerance of extreme practices. Back to the future, eh?

The problem with ‘everything being consensual’ is (at least in the UK, I realize this may not be the case in the US/Canada) that consent doesn’t make a blind bit of difference- one cannot, in the eyes of the law, consent to assult/GBH/ABH. Bizarre ran a very informative article on how crazy this is, but as I said, this is UK-centric.

There’s been no article published yet, and he’s still in prison as far as I know (trying to get bail sorted out). I also was told that other practitioners have been getting calls that sound like attempts to set them up in a sting, where this practitioner’s name is dropped.

They’re an IAM member, so hopefully BME will be on top of this and perhaps help come up with some sort of a legal defence.

you only have to have the cops turn up in the middle of a class relating to an ‘assault’ to never underestimate people…
