I was curious about how the hard cover issue is coming along? I am sure it is a stressful and time consuming process, but it seems like am amazing book and one I’d love to get my hands on.

Yeah, that’s where I’m at as well… however it got pulled is “unusual” and seemed to confuse the person I was talking to also.

I just recieved an email from Lulu saying they could not full my order and would give me a refund. I spoke to a livechat person within 2 minutes and they are trying to figure out what’s going on for me. I’ve already told them that I don’t care if there is a delay, I just really want this book.
