I dont get it. Both times that hurricanes have brushed us the boys had the delight of having a tree frog, a tiny one at that, climb on their window. The last time it happened they called me to see and in my excitement and desire to see closer, closer, I scared him. It’s a frequent occurance, to be certain. :) But they are just SO irresistable. Great, happy pics of a great, happy life. :)

Spending time outdoors stimulates the mind. I consider myself lucky that my daughters have pet snails and snakes, that they stop to watch a hummingbird feed, and they tell me how many deer and turkeys they’ve seen today.
The other day my youngest spotted a Barred Owl perched in a tree close to the house. This awareness will hopefully lead to good stewardship and respect for the environment
