Either swimming in the pool out in the County or jumping into the boq. My oldest (8yrs) is just now diving, so kudos to Nefarious for doing it so young!

I never left the pool, and was a competitive swimmer for most of my life. My mom likes to say that at 3 months old, she put me in the water and I started doing breaststroke – which is still, to this day, my best stroke. Swimming is mostly innate, but having a pool around helps!

I’d 100% testify that swimming is innate.
