I wanted to comment on an earlier post of yours.
the skull/bike riding one.
I have an eating disorder- that at times consumes me-
because of this i have been all over the place weight wise-
I know when I am bigger people treat me differently.. as much as i dislike admitting this- it is a fact. When I smile at strangers the reaction is very different.

I know when I get treated unkindly after a while I assume the laughter- the whispers.. all of it- it is all at me- and it is all hateful.
my trip I know.. but when people direct negativity at you.. you tend to start expecting it.
a viscous circle that i struggle with- trying to carry my own happiness and spread it at will.. but hard to be rejected.

It is sad that anyone could not just fully enjoy a happy child sharing her laughter and fun with them..
